SATELLITE MONITORING OF TRANSPORT
|
In order to improve the quality of operations and to meet the clients' expectations, certain changes were implemented within the company. Now all the Lorries are equipped by mobile phones. In addition, the satellite monitoring of transport was implemented in 2001.
The main advantages of the system are the possibility of constant monitoring the movements of Lorries and goods, quick transfer of information, lower prices due to lower costs of phone calls, and better possibility for operational-commercial management of transport means. The system also enables efficient supervision of the trucks. It was well accepted by the customers who have the possibility to check where goods are located on the internet at any time. |

ISO 9001-2000 CERTIFICATE

The company is aware of the importance of successful management for achieving good results in each company. Therefore, the company is decided to obtain the ISO certificate.
The ISO 9002 certificate was awarded (No. Q - 267/15.06.2000)
in June 2000, in June 2003, the company passed into the ISO
9001-2000 Certificate. The certificate was issued by the
Slovene Institute for Quality SIQ, the member of International
Association of Institutes for Quality located in Switzerland.
At the same time, the company received IQNet certificate
(International Certif. Network), well known not only in
Europe, but also all over the world.
The certificate is a result of efforts of all the employees and should be guidance for achieving further success and quality of operations. In addition, it proves the good reputation of the company among the clients that are satisfied with such a high level of quality of our services.
Obtaining the certificate means that we shall constantly improve the services and maintain the quality of the system.
ISO 9001-2000 certificate for services of transport of goods on Lorries is important not only for further development and investment needs, but also due to anticipated membership of Slovenia in the European Union. We are aware of the fact that when doing business in the European market, the company needs to have modern means of transport and has to be a reliable partner. |
